The following Terms of Membership, applicable to the services provided by The Association of Therapy Professionals (ATP) through its official website at www.atherapypro.com (“Website”). Prior to becoming an ATP member, we kindly request you to carefully review these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your explicit agreement to these terms is required, which you can provide by clicking “I Accept” or submitting the membership form available on the Website.

Welcome to The Association of Therapy Professionals’ (ATP) online platform, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership, access to the Website, and usage of the Member Benefits and services provided as a registered ATP member. Please review these Terms carefully before commencing the use of the Website or signing up as a member. Your agreement to be bound by these Terms is implied by your registration as a member or use of the Website.

Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy, which also governs your usage of the Website and services. We commit to using Personal Information and cookies in accordance with the purposes and limitations outlined in the Privacy Statement.

The main contents of the website and membership benefits are exclusively offered to registered member (paying) users. With a limited access to the public and Free Basic members. All are governed by these terms and conditions.

Specific Member Benefits may be subject to supplementary terms, including cancellation policies for Events introduced by third-party service providers.

The ATP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy without prior notice, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting. We recommend reviewing the Terms and Privacy Statement regularly.

• The ATP currently offers Free Basic and Registered Professional Memberships (UK and International) Ensure your registration details are updated on your profile page.
• Free Basic Members may receive information regarding membership benefits and Registered Professional Membership offers via provided contact details.
• The ATP reserves the right to terminate accounts violating rules or suspected to be created by bots or spammers. Immediate notification is required for unauthorized account use.
• The ATP encourages member interaction through forums, events, webinars, and exclusive offers detailed in the Member Benefits section.
• By becoming a member, you agree to receive updates, information, and offers through provided contact details.
• Regularly updated Member Benefits, co-sponsored events, and exclusive offers are available. Registered Professional Members enjoy additional benefits.
• Registered Professional Members occasionally may receive offers for third-party services. ATP is not liable for third-party service delivery.

In the event that a member submits materials for endorsement by the ATP, it is understood that the ATP reserves the right to assess, evaluate, and determine the suitability of such materials for endorsement. The member acknowledges and agrees that the ATP may, at its sole discretion, terminate the endorsement of any materials without prior notice if it is found that the materials violate the ATP’s policies, standards, or if there is a breach of any terms and conditions outlined herein. Furthermore, the ATP retains the right to remove and discontinue the use of endorsed materials from its platform or affiliated channels, and the member shall not be entitled to any compensation or recourse in such cases. By submitting materials for endorsement, the member implicitly consents to the ATP’s authority to make decisions regarding the endorsement and termination of said materials in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

• The ATP may enable private messages, subject to acceptable use standards within the Code of Conduct.
• the ATP reserves the right to moderate interactive services and suspend accounts for misuse.
• The ATP reserves the right to withdraw or restrict and shared content should that content fall foul of any of the policies on the ATP website.
• The ATP encourages member networking but is not responsible for business outcomes.
• Members may share text, images, and materials on the Website (“Member Content”) in compliance with acceptable use standards.
• Posting Member Content implies originality, accuracy, and compliance with ATP standards.
• Member Content is non-confidential, and members grant ATP a license to use and distribute it.
• ATP reserves the right to remove posts not complying with acceptable use standards.
• Services, Website, and Member Benefits must be used for lawful purposes and comply with ATP standards.
• Members must not misuse the Website or Services, including introducing malicious software.
• Members must comply with content standards outlined in section 6.3.

You acknowledge that The Association of Therapy Professionals (ATP), at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or access to any Member Benefits, for various reasons, including, but not limited to, violations or inconsistencies with the principles outlined in these Terms. ATP retains the right to suspend or terminate your membership. Suspected instances of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity leading to the violation of our Services may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities. ATP also maintains the discretion to discontinue the provision of the Service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination of your access to the Services as per any provision of these Terms, ATP reserves the right to deactivate or delete your account and all related information and may deny further access to the Services. ATP shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services. Refunds will not be granted for accounts violating these Terms, with such violations determined at ATP’s sole discretion.

You retain the option to terminate your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the contact us section.

In the event of termination for any reason, your access to the Website and Member Benefits will cease automatically, and any Member Content you uploaded into the Services will no longer be available for download or retention.

All content and materials, including templates, information, and fact sheets, provided to, or accessed by you through the Services and/or Website are the intellectual property of The Association of Therapy Professionals (ATP). Unless you own the rights to your work you are marketing on the Showcase section. You are strictly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, disclosing, editing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise utilizing the content and materials, except as expressly permitted.
