Prior to becoming an ATP member, we kindly request you to carefully review these terms and the Privacy Policy. Your explicit agreement to these terms is required, which you can provide by clicking “I Accept” or submitting the membership form available on the Website.
Welcome to The Association of Therapy Professionals’ (ATP) online platform, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership, access to the Website, and usage of the Member Benefits and services provided as a registered ATP member. The main contents of the website and membership benefits are exclusively offered to registered member (paying) users. With a limited access to the public and Free Basic members. All are governed by these terms and conditions.

In the event that a member submits materials for endorsement by the ATP, it is understood that the ATP reserves the right to assess, evaluate, and determine the suitability of such materials for endorsement. The member acknowledges and agrees that the ATP may, at its sole discretion, terminate the endorsement of any materials without prior notice if it is found that the materials violate the ATP’s policies, standards, or if there is a breach of any terms and conditions outlined herein. Furthermore, the ATP retains the right to remove and discontinue the use of endorsed materials from its platform or affiliated channels, and the member shall not be entitled to any compensation or recourse in such cases. By submitting materials for endorsement, the member implicitly consents to the ATP’s authority to make decisions regarding the endorsement and termination of said materials in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
You acknowledge that The Association of Therapy Professionals (ATP), at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or access to any Member Benefits, for various reasons, including, but not limited to, violations or inconsistencies with the principles outlined in these Terms. ATP retains the right to suspend or terminate your membership. Suspected instances of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity leading to the violation of our Services may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities. ATP also maintains the discretion to discontinue the provision of the Service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination of your access to the Services as per any provision of these Terms, ATP reserves the right to deactivate or delete your account and all related information and may deny further access to the Services. ATP shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services. Refunds will not be granted for accounts violating these Terms, with such violations determined at ATP’s sole discretion.
You retain the option to terminate your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the contact us section.
In the event of termination for any reason, your access to the Website and Member Benefits will cease automatically, and any Member Content you uploaded into the Services will no longer be available for download or retention.
All content and materials, including templates, information, and fact sheets, provided to, or accessed by you through the Services and/or Website are the intellectual property of The Association of Therapy Professionals (ATP). Unless you own the rights to your work you are marketing on the Showcase section. You are strictly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, disclosing, editing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise utilizing the content and materials, except as expressly permitted.
